Socket Screws - Set Grub - Cone Point
Socket Cone Point Set Screws are able to penetrate directly into flat surfaces due to the pointed tip. The cone-shaped point of these fasteners also allows them to centralise themselves in pre-drilled holes, which can increase efficiency on automated assembly lines.
For applications where an angular point is not required, a Cup Point Set Screw or alternatively a Flat Point Set Screw may be preferable.
