Taper pressure plugs are a tapered thread grub screw that is designed for sealing a thread. The tapered shape is engineered to ensure it creates a secure and tight seal when fastened to a thread.
There are two main options of taper pressure plugs: BSPT taper pressure plugs (British Standard Pipe Taper), and NPTF taper pressure plugs (National Pipe Taper Fuel).
